These terms describe the use of ronb.dev, operated by Ronnie Bowers, CPA, and its information about the FSaudit project.
Current availability
FSaudit is in development. Descriptions of planned features explain our direction and do not guarantee availability, pricing, a launch date, or a particular result. This website does not currently provide a live audit service, client account, document upload facility, or Muse connector.
Professional services
Website content is general information, not an audit opinion or advice for a particular accounting, tax, legal, or financial situation. Visiting the site or sending an inquiry does not create a professional engagement or an auditor-client relationship.
Any future professional services require a separate written engagement agreement identifying the responsible firm, the scope of work, fees, responsibilities, and applicable terms. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Inquiries and information you provide
You may contact us at hello@ronb.dev about the project. Provide accurate information and only share material you are authorized to disclose. Do not send confidential engagement records or sensitive personal information until an appropriate intake process has been arranged.
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of website and inquiry information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to violate the law, impersonate another person, transmit malicious content, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not imply that we endorse you or your services without permission.
Fees and external services
There is no charge to browse this website. It does not collect payments. Any fees for future audit services will be agreed separately and billed outside the proposed connector.
Third-party platforms, including Muse, have their own terms. A reference to a platform does not mean our connector is approved, available, or endorsed by that platform.
Website information and changes
We aim to keep the site accurate, but information may change and the site may be unavailable or contain errors. Contact us before relying on a description of a proposed service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update the site and these terms as the project develops. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
