Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

FSaudit is in development. This website provides project information and an email contact address. It does not currently offer accounts, document uploads, payment processing, or a live Muse connector. Before a connector begins handling client records, we will update this policy to describe its data access, providers, uses, and retention.

Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, and the contents and attachments of your message. Please use this address for general inquiries and avoid sending confidential audit records, passwords, or sensitive personal information.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website, which may include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and the website does not set its own cookies.

How information is used and shared

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss the project, maintain relevant correspondence, and operate and protect the website. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Vercel hosts the website. ImprovMX forwards email sent to hello@ronb.dev to an inbox hosted by Google Gmail. These providers process information to supply their services. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where the providers operate.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or at your request. Providers describe their practices in their own notices: Vercel, ImprovMX, and Google.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry correspondence as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers also apply their own log and backup retention practices.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by emailing hello@ronb.dev. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping, and copies in provider backups may remain until their normal deletion cycle.

Security and other services

The website uses HTTPS. No internet service or email system can guarantee complete security. Links to other services are subject to those services' own privacy policies. This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
